The painter Armando Varela was born in Naranjal Fallas Nicoya , Guanacaste , on 28 November 1972. He is the son of Juan de Dios Fallas Mendez , who died in 1991 , and Carmen Salazar Varela , who currently holds a particular closeness to the artist.

PERSONAL OPINION:

In my opinion the painting sea or water , is less complete because everything is painted in the same canvio of the earth more varieties are painted . But being less diverse does not have to be the less beautiful , because it is, because the contrast is better than land because land is usually brown or green , in canvio the aquatic sometimes the sunset is more beautiful .
